yes u will there are many ways to get promotions before you leave i made e3 with with when i passed my pt test and referred some one who joined trust me you made e3 i had my private first class badge at the start of my bct its cool because those that are e1 dont have a rank yet and those that put in the work to make e2 and e3 did high rank high pay and the drill sergeants expect a little better from u its great
