Why is Aishwarya Rai is so Deeply Religious ? Is it because she is south Indian Girl ?

North India is highly westernised.Mumbai and Delhi are examples. But South India is not westernised so much.But there is also western culture. For example Tamils can not speak a sentence without english words.
